- Consumers enjoy a cooling-off period of 5 working days from the date the package(s) were purchased (“the Cooling off Period”)to seek a refund of the payments made those package(s) if they do not wish to proceed with the services offered.
- Any request for such a refund must be sought within the Cooling Off Period and must be in accordance with the terms and conditions set out below.
- Any refund will be subject to an administrative processing fee of 10% of the package price and the deduction of all treatment sessions that had already been utilized at the time of request for refund. Such treatment sessions will be charged at the Nail Palace standard published prices as set out on the Ala-Carte menu.
- If I do not submit a request for a refund within the Cooling Off Period, I will not be entitled to any refund thereafter on package(s) purchased unless it can be established that the refund is on the basis of any breach on the part of Nail Palace in the supply of its services.
- I have not been compelled or coerced to purchase any treatments, packages and/or products and I have at my own time and discretion considered my own needs and decided accordingly while purchasing the above.
- I will enjoy extra savings by signing up for the above package, instead of paying the individual listed prices.
- As such, prices will be calculated according to the individual listed prices for any individual listed prices for any discontinuation of the package, and balance due may only be exchange for other services.
- A formal written email must be tendered in order for refunds to be processed. No refunds will be given out from Nail Palace outlets. Drop us an email at nailpalace@gmail.com and we shall be in touch with you within 7 working days.
- All packages are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE 5 days after the transaction date.
- The Management will issue refunds via cheque within 30 days from the date of validly submitted requests for refunds.
- Advance booking is required at all times, and your request is subject to the availability of our schedule as well as the requested manicurist/ beautician (if any). We shall allocate another manicurist/ beautician to you if your requested manicurist/ beautician is unavailable at your time of appointment.
- All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time either by phone or in person during operating hours.
- In the event that you are more than 10 minutes late from the time of your scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment.
- Full payment must be made before utilizing the first session of the package.
- All packages, except unlimited session packages, are transferable and valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Subjected to extension with additional purchase in the duration.
- Unlimited session packages are non-transferable and may be subjected to expiry from time to time, or otherwise specified.
- Complimentary treatment sessions and/or products can only be used after the completion of purchased package (excluding unlimited sessions packages) or the full purchase amount is paid. Complimentary treatment sessions and/or products will not be available in the event of any early termination of the package. Otherwise, if the customer ends the package prematurely, these treatments, services and/or products shall be chargeable at full Ala-carte price.
- We do not guarantee any results for the treatment, as results may vary among individuals.
- You are required to provide us with the necessary information including but not limited to, your medical history, and/or any medical condition before the treatment. We will not be liable for any damage of loss caused by your failure to provide us with such information.
- If you have undergone or are undergoing any medical treatment, surgery (including childbirth), medication, or any care by a medical doctor at the time of or prior to receiving treatment from us, you should obtain approval from your doctor before receiving this treatment.
- You are advised to follow the instructions or guidance of the manicurist/ beautician regarding any pre and post treatment protocols and the usage of products. We will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury caused by your failure to do so.
- All products are NON-REFUNDABLE. Defective products can be exchanged within seven (7) days from date of purchase.
- We will not be liable for any accident, injury, illness, loss or misadventure caused to or suffered by you in our premises save when it is caused by our negligence or breach of duty or contract on our part or that of our employees. Unless proscribed by law, we shall not be liable for any consequential loss, expense or damage suffered by reason of any breach on our part or that of our employees. You are responsible for obtaining your own independent medical or insurance coverage in respect of injuries suffered or that may be suffered or for any loss or damage sustained or that be sustained to your personal property.
- If you are a minor, we would require the signed consent of your parent or guardian.
- Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with this contract, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre as at present in force, which Rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this clause. The number of arbitrators shall be one (1). The place of arbitration shall be Singapore. The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be in English.
CONVERSION POLICY
Nail Palace prepaid packages purchased can be converted to credits, minus an administrative charge of 10% of package price.
These credits can be used to offset other treatments from the treatment menu at Ala-carte price. However, the credits cannot be used to offset any retail product. The converted credits will be tabulated based on the amount paid for the package, excluding GST minus the original published price of the total treatments redeemed previously.
